Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Professional to support US Retirement Participant Center customers from Toronto, Canada. This full-time hybrid role involves handling approximately 30–40 inbound calls daily, guiding participants through account actions, and assisting with website and mobile app navigation to improve the overall experience.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong multitasking, and at least two years in customer service

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• At least two years of customer service experience, ideally in a high‑volume contact center or financial services environment.
• Strong communication with diverse customers and ability to navigate complex requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service on inbound calls, responding to participant needs with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process retirement account transactions, including changes, withdrawals, loans, and other requests.
• Explain retirement account information and plan provisions clearly to help participants understand options.
