ADP is seeking a bilingual Senior Workforce Manager Support Consultant to deliver reports that meet client needs and to support Time & Attendance products. You will analyze data, collaborate with teams, manage time effectively, and take responsibility for deliverables, helping clients optimize HR processes and workforce management.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record for delivering superior customer service.
• Excellent service request management.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Aptitude to learn new software applications.
• Strong communication – written and oral.
• More than 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Manager and Enhanced Time.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in client escalations.
• Be our client’s advocate within ADP. Take ownership of all issues raised by clients and see them through to completion.
• Manage risk, identify gaps, and develop solutions for large scale changes impacting HRTech and HRO Service clients.
• Proactively look into future issues and recommend steps to mitigate.
• Participate and comply with the 3/2 flexible work model.
• Document all activities through meticulous Service Request management.
• Engage with clients directly through virtual meetings and email correspondence.
