Bilingual Sales Advisor North York, Toronto, ON — On-site Full-time, permanent $40,000 – $50,000 per year plus commission
EduGlobal is a Canadian education and funding consultancy based in the Greater Toronto Area. We help people already living in Canada — citizens, permanent residents and protected persons — get into education they thought they could not afford.
That means helping them find the right program, guiding them through provincial student aid so the funding is in place, and walking them through admission at one of our partner career colleges. We also work with short courses, certificate programs and language training. Our clients are largely mature students: career changers, parents returning to work, people retraining into healthcare, business and the skilled trades.
A lot of the people who need us most are not being reached, because nobody is speaking to them in their own language. That is what this role is for.
We are hiring Bilingual Sales Advisors who can open up communities we currently cannot reach.
You will be the first person a client speaks to and the person who stays with them until they are enrolled and funded. You sell, you close, and you carry your own files through the operational steps yourself. There is no separate officer picking up your files behind you.
Your work on a file is finished when the client is enrolled at the college and their funding is approved.
You must be fluent in English plus at least one of the following:
Fluent in more than one? That is a genuine advantage and we will pay attention to it.
Fluent means you can hold a full consultation, explain funding clearly, and build trust — not conversational.
We pay particular attention to candidates from fields where accuracy and compliance matter, because our applications are government funding applications and every detail is checked:
If you have sold something where the paperwork had to be right, you will understand this work quickly.
Every application we submit must be accurate. We never enter false information, we never accept altered documents, and we never coach a client to misstate anything. We sell hard and we stay clean. If that is how you work, you will fit here.
You do not need to arrive knowing student aid. We will train you on the programs, the funding process, the filing system and our sales approach. What we cannot train is the sales instinct and the language — bring those.
Your day-to-day work location will be our new North York office. Our head office is at 1 Dundas Street West, Suite 2550 (25th Floor), Toronto, ON M5G 1Z3. This is an in-person role — you will be in office daily. Not remote, not hybrid.
