J.P. Morgan Payments seeks a Relationship Manager fluent in French and English to join our on-site team in Toronto, Ontario. You will engage at-risk merchants, retain clients, and cross-sell value-added solutions while collaborating with global teams.

This role emphasizes outstanding client service, negotiation, and the ability to navigate multiple platforms including Salesforce and ERP systems. Banking or payments industry experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent client service skills with experience managing escalated issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for at-risk clients in a metrics-driven environment.
• Use rapport, relationship management, and negotiation skills to retain clients.
• Navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with clients.
• Analyze and resolve merchant issues; propose product/service improvements.
• Cross-sell value-added products or services to enhance processing experience.
• Maintain thorough records of all merchant communications, actions, and next steps.
• Identify engagement trends and provide feedback for improvement.
