Job summary

Aviso, a leading wealth management organization in Canada, is seeking a Bilingual Registered Plans Administrator to join our Operations Team. You will process requests for registered plan products within CIRO platforms, ensuring accurate administration and timely service.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, collaboration with Tax, Estates, Transfers, New Accounts, and Client Account Maintenance, and active participation in Registered Plan Committee meetings to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in the financial industry, preferably Operations or Registered Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer registered plan products and process requests (de-registration, un-locking, withdrawals).
• Ensure registrations, contributions and withdrawals meet regulatory deadlines.
• Resolve inquiries within SLA; escalate when needed.
• Support CIRO audits; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Tax, Estates, Transfers, New Accounts and Client Account Maintenance.
• Participate in Registered Plan Committee meetings and implement regulatory changes.
• Stay current on CRA, RQ, ESDC and trustee regulations.
