Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as brand ambassador for the client and providing proactive updates on search status. You will be a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative direction to hiring leaders.

Work Location: Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada. Hybrid- 3 times onsite. Language requirements: Must be fluent in French Canadian. 3+ years of recruitment experience on Manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
