Job description

Our client is currently looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join their amazing team! They are the largest owner of commercial real estate in the Greater Moncton area and manage various properties throughout the Maritimes.

Job Title : Bilingual Receptionist

Location: Moncton, NB

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen calls; greet guests and direct walk-ins appropriately
  • Serve as a liaison between tenant representatives and management on service-related issues
  • Collaborate with the Accounting and Leasing departments
  • Manage and maintain scheduling for office space rentals
  • Track and maintain parking violation records
  • Provide exceptional service to tenants
  • Update work tickets in the system and keep the Operations Manager informed of ongoing matters

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Completion of an Administrative Program
