Winpak Division is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to join our Customer Service (Latin America) department in Winnipeg. You will support Latin American customers, drive project development, coordinate with logistics, and assist in product development and quality assurance under the guidance of the Director of Latin America Sales.

This bilingual role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Basic math and unit conversion ability.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• 2+ years of data entry experience requiring high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between Latin American customers and internal departments (Purchasing, Traffic, Production, Logistics).
• Manage customer projects to ensure timely completion and handle complaints professionally.
• Process product requests and assist with planning/forecasting for Latin American customers.
• Coordinate shipments with Traffic and ensure accurate exports and documentation.
• Assist in product development and coordinate with planning and supply chain teams to minimize shortages.
