Job Title: Bilingual Project Manager - AEROSPACE

Location: Mirabel Quebec (3 days a week onsite)

Job description: The mandate of the PM supporting Operations Performance is to oversee the performance of the entire VSM (Value Stream Management) of the aircraft, including major component suppliers, Pre-FAL (Final Assembly Line) business unit, and the two FALs until transfer to the Customer Line organization. The PM must gather relevant information from stakeholders to provide VSM performance metrics based on needs. Additionally, the PM manages Risks & Opportunities at the Operations level to anticipate deviations, issues, or impacts that could affect the aircraft program financially.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Management: Deliver PPM (Program and Project Management) deliverables for the project portfolio, ensure application of project management processes, and define and deliver progress reports (KPIs, dashboards) on schedule, interdependencies, costs, resources, actions, and risks/opportunities.

• Milestone Management: Supervise project milestones, ensure timely delivery and quality, organize and facilitate milestone meetings, data collection, KPI updates, and critical path analysis.

• Communication and Coordination: Act as the Work Package Focal Point, coordinate work between Airbus and the Service Provider, maintain communication with technical coordinators and stakeholders, participate in review meetings.

• Deliverables Management: Lead deliverables across project phases, ensure they meet acceptance criteria and are delivered on time.

• Travel and Location: Be onsite at Mirabel 3 days/week, with up to 2 days of telework, and organize travel as needed.
