Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Montreal seeks a highly organized Bilingual Project Controls Administrator to support a Montreal project with strong Excel and cost-tracking skills. This role requires translating between English and French and providing project support.

The position is a 4 to 5 month contract with approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential extensions based on project needs. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with numbers, calculations, and cost information.
• Experience with project controls, cost control, project administration, accounting, or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain project costs, expenses, and related information.
• Assist with cost control, reporting, and project documentation.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
• Perform data entry, calculations, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate project records and electronic files.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the project team.
• Assist with coordinating project information and following up on outstanding items.
• Translate and communicate information between English and French as required.
• Use Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
• Support other project-related tasks as required.
