Job summary

SEGULA Technologies Canada is seeking a Buyer to support procurement activities, primarily handling data entry in EPICOR and tracking supplier commitments. You will monitor purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and keep ERP data accurate, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

The contract is up to 6 months, and the role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail, with bilingual FR/EN communication preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, purchasing, administration or order management is an asset.
Experience with EPICOR (ERP) is an asset.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Pivot Tables knowledge is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and follow-up with suppliers.
Bilingual French/English is strongly preferred due to supplier communications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and updates in EPICOR and related systems.
Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery dates, and order status.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to obtain required information and ensure proper order follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the relevant systems.
Prepare and update purchasing tracking reports and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and deliveries.
