Job summary

Xerox IT Solutions Canada is seeking a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect to lead national Microsoft Modern Workplace initiatives, Azure migrations, and Copilot deployments. You will work with sales, delivery teams, and vendors to design customer-centric, secure, and scalable solutions across Canada.

The role emphasizes bilingual (English/French) communication, client-facing leadership, and the development of templates, roadmaps, and cost models for large enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a presales, solution architecture, consulting, or technical sales role.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and solution design.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and complex procurement opportunities.
• Experience supporting public sector and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the national subject matter expert for Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure solutions.
• Support account executives through the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct customer discovery workshops and lead executive and technical presentations.
• Develop technology roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership on strategic opportunities and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and IT leadership.
