Manulife is seeking a Bilingual Sponsor Support Specialist to serve as a reporting expert for plan sponsors, intermediaries, actuaries, and auditors. You will handle AIR/FS reporting for registered pension plans and group savings programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (French/English) to support clients across jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of registered pension plans and group savings administration (DC, DB, IPP).
• Strong knowledge of AIR/FS reporting requirements and client/auditor expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIR/FS and other regulatory/client reports for registered pension plans and group savings programs.
• Ensure reports are accurate and timely, in line with audit, control standards, legislation, and SLAs.
• Provide expert guidance to plan sponsors, intermediaries, actuaries, auditors, and internal partners on reporting requirements.
