Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Bilingual Inforce Policy Specialist. You will review and process transactions of varying complexity and provide top-tier service to internal and external clients via email, phone, or mail.

You will collaborate with teams across offices to manage changing volumes and ensure service standards are met. The role requires a college diploma or equivalent experience and bilingual French & English communication to support clients outside Quebec.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual (French & English) required to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Review or process received transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients via email, phone, or mail; research inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams across offices to manage volumes and meet service standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude in finding solutions to problems.
• Suggest process improvements to increase service efficiency.
• Work with other departments within Contract Services.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality and service standards.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload urgency.
• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks and adapt to changes.
• Communicate confidently with clients and plan sponsors in writing and by phone.
