Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a 6-month contract, with the potential to convert permanent. The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with medium and national-size accounts which provide end-to-end payroll solutions as well as support and guidance to payroll and tax-related questions/issues for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll.

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years of Canadian payroll experience
-End-end payroll management of complex, and cross-provincial payrolls, including year-end payroll
-Advanced Internet and MS Office (Word/Excel) skills
-Ability to resolve complex problems
-Bilingual French (fluent) -PCP certification (completed or in progress)
-Unionized Payroll Experience null
