FYidoctors, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a part-time Patient Services Specialist for our Ottawa clinics (Beechwood Ave and Orleans). You will deliver exceptional service, greet patients, handle check-in/out, and support eyewear care in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires bilingual French/English communication, strong tech skills with MS Office, and a collaborative mindset. Compensation starts at $18.92–$19.96 per hour with quarterly bonuses where eligible.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Ottawa - Beechwood Ave, and FYidoctors Ottawa - Orleans clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
