BioScript Solutions in Calgary NW, AB is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to enroll patients in programs and deliver patient-first customer care. You will communicate with patients, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate responses and high satisfaction.

This hybrid, full-time role emphasizes empathy, data accuracy, and collaborative teamwork. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think critically and resolve issues with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with empathy and accuracy.
• Escalate issues to physicians, nurses, or program coordinators when needed.
• Respond to patient concerns from scheduling to program-related questions and resolve inquiries.
• Enter accurate patient data while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Track and report adverse events and product quality concerns for the Quality Service Team.
• Confirm and review appointments, locations, and schedules with care.
• Support the team with document filing, report submissions, and general admin tasks.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks.
