Job summary

BioScript Solutions is seeking Patient Service Coordinators in Calgary, AB, to enroll patients in programs and provide outstanding, patient-first service. You will communicate with patients and stakeholders, coordinate care, and manage scheduling with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, escalating when needed, and documenting patient data. Prior experience in healthcare or PSP programs is a plus; English/French bilingualism is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant employment experience.
• Experience in healthcare customer service is a plus.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with empathy and accuracy.
• Escalate to physicians, nurses, or coordinators when needed.
• Respond to patient concerns and assist with scheduling and program questions.
