Job summary

MDOS Consulting is seeking a Network Support Specialist – Level 1 for on-site work at a Canadian Forces base (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec. The position requires bilingual French and English language proficiency and presence on site at the Bagotville facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting network environments, plus two years of creating and maintaining technical IT documentation, and at least one year coordinating IT activities with clients and project

Qualifications

• The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting network environments.
• The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience producing, reviewing, modifying, or maintaining technical documentation related to IT systems or network environments.
• The bidder must demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience coordinating activities with clients, users, stakeholders, or project team members in support of an IT project or operational environment.
