Formación

• Minimum grade twelve diploma plus 2–3 years related experience.
• Proficiency in French is required, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy.
• Experience with banking software and computer applications.

• Provide courteous, professional service and meet/exceed service standards.
• Engage with members to uncover goals and needs and refer to Advisors.
• Promote digital banking solutions and educate members on technology.
