First Canadian is seeking a Bilingual Mechanical Administrator to support policy registrations and customer service in Sherwood Park, AB. The role handles daily policy interactions, eligibility checks, and deposits, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, have at least two years of frontline customer experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This in-office position offers growth opportunities and employee programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communication.
• Two years of front-line customer interactions preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel skills required.
• Keyboarding 40+ wpm.
• Criminal background and employment checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers about coverage, expiry, and transferability of policies via email, phone, mail, or in-person.
• Provide information to dealerships regarding vehicle eligibility and plan term eligibility.
• Log calls and maintain detailed records.
• Create daily bank deposits for remittances from dealerships.
• Balance and close remittances; prepare invoices/credit notes for discrepancies.
• Contact dealerships for missing information preventing policy registration.
• Explain invoices/credit notes to dealerships and staff.
• Receive transfer of coverage applications, verify documentation, deposit transfer fee, and process transfer of coverage to new owner.
• Maintain positive relations within the department, with dealerships and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
