Smart-Start-Canada-Ulc in Sherwood Park, Alberta, is hiring a Helpdesk Support Technician for a 100% in-office, full-time role. You will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance and ensuring customers feel supported.

Training is provided; strong curiosity and teamwork are valued. Responsibilities include handling calls, diagnosing basic issues, documenting interactions, and using the CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
• Able to listen, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, empathetic, and focused on first-call resolution.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and assist clients with inquiries and support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Schedule appointments and update client information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve one-call resolution.
• Participate in hands-on training to develop skills.
• Support Care Center operations across queues as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and privacy requirements.
