The Bilingual Receptionist reporting to the Office Manager is based in Sherwood Park, AB. This on-site position operates a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls; directs callers and customers to appropriate personnel and completes a variety of administrative duties. Additional responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, preparing refund cheques for mailing, coordinating deliveries, maintaining postage, supporting outgoing payments for the Insurance Claims division, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.
The hours of work for this role are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays.
