Position Overview

Our financial client is looking for a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop effective strategies that meet business objectives while managing budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Handle operational admin tasks, project management, and support for colleagues.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement and optimization.
• Support email communications to French advisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, preferably with a financial background.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven experience in marketing campaign management and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Wrike, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This position may involve access to confidential client or customer systems and data, including financial information. It is an onsite role requiring close collaboration within a team environment.
