The Risk Management Group in the National office requires a Bilingual Manager to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Client (KYC) team.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing workloads and priorities of KYC analysts;
  2. Quality reviewing and editing KYC Reports prior to issuance;
  3. Regular communication with KYC submitters to provide guidance and/or progress updates;
  4. Mentoring and advising KYC Analysts, including providing ongoing training support;
  5. Collaborating with and supporting the KYC Team’s Management Group on process and policy improvements as needed;
  6. Liaising with other departments/groups as required.
What You Bring To The Role

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience reviewing the results of KYC procedures and reporting;
  • Fluency in oral and written English and French;
  • Ability to work independently to review high-level online research and improve reporting of complex issues;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with colleagues at all professional levels;
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills;
  • High aptitude for learning new systems and technology;
  • Ability to analyze and facilitate information sharing.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may need to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders. They may also be required to create, interpret, and apply policies, practices, laws, and regulations during employment.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary determination within this range depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
