Qualifications

• University degree; transportation certificate an asset.
• 1+ year experience in customer service within shipping/logistics preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information; resolve issues.
• Respond to all customer queries within SLA and quality standards.
• Assist customers with documents (bills of lading, shipping instructions).
• Provide proactive shipment status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution and follow-ups.
• Promote digital platforms and educate customers on digital tools.
• Identify opportunities for upselling basic value-added services (VAS).
• Contact customers and manage system modifications during delays or rerouting.
