Job summary

RBC Insurance Advice Centre is seeking a Bilingual Associate, Life Service to join our fast-paced team in Mississauga. You will interact with clients over the phone, providing insurance answers related to their policy details for life and health policies.

You will handle inbound calls and emails from owners and brokers, ensuring accurate policy information is communicated and documented, while delivering a consistently professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required to serve clients.
• Able to work a variety of shifts Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to navigate between multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls updating, managing, and reporting policy information for life and health policies.
• Respond to email inquiries from policy owners and brokers.
• Provide insurance assistance based on client needs.
• Analyze and report information related to policy terms in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
