Job summary

VACO is partnering with Canada's leading financial institutions to recruit a Junior Bilingual Business Development Associate (French & English). This permanent role in North York, ON offers exposure to Canada's financial services sector and growth opportunities.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, assist onboarding and proposals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• 1–2 years in sales, business development, customer service, or another client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and billing coordination.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
• Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required.
