belairdirect in Vancouver invites you to join our in-bound call center team as a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate. You will help Canadians protect what matters most, supported by mentoring, training, and an accelerated career path with promotion opportunities after six months.

You’ll work a 35-hour week with hybrid arrangements, receive comprehensive benefits, and participate in our bonus plan and ESPP. Fluency in English and French is required, and licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/French required.
• Sales and customer loyalty experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and empathy; ability to explain complex information.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on appropriate insurance products and next steps.
• Analyze customer needs and cross-sell personal insurance products.
• Process payment method changes and update accounts accurately.
• Handle inbound calls and emails with professional, timely service.
