Belairdirect, part of Intact Financial Corporation, is hiring for a Sales and Customer Service Associate in Vancouver. You will work in an in-bound call center, acting as a trusted advisor to help Canadians protect what matters most.

You will receive mentoring, training, and opportunities for promotion after six months, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence. Starting 30 October 2026, the role offers a 35-hour week, a hybrid work arrangement, and a salary range of 47,100–57,500

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on appropriate insurance products and guide them through next steps.
• Analyze customer needs and promote personal insurance products and services.
• Process payment method changes accurately in systems.
• Handle calls and electronic inquiries with professional, timely responses.
