Raise is hiring a Coordinator - Insurance Operations for our client in Toronto. You will ensure timely processing of documents, support SLAs and KPIs, and update reports using templates. You will also stay compliant with insurance-related legislation and company policies.

The role requires bilingual French and English communication, attention to detail, and at least one year of administrative experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation).
• Contributes to achievement of SLAs, KPIs and business objectives.
• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
• Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
