Job summary

CGIC is seeking an energetic insurance sales professional to manage a bilingual English/French book of clients. You will conduct inbound and outbound calls to build a strong pipeline, promote insurance offerings, and support growth in a hybrid work model.

You will assess risk, review client goals, and provide coverage recommendations while handling policy changes and inquiries. Travel and client interaction are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in personal lines damage insurance.
• General insurance licence held or pursued.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospect and build a sales pipeline.
• Develop marketing plans to promote insurance offerings and aid growth.
• Complete risk assessments and underwriting guidance.
• Review client goals and provide risk management advice for coverage.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify changing coverage and address inquiries.
• Participate in events to build brand awareness and cultivate community contacts.
