CGIC in Quebec is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive new client growth and expand the commercial portfolio through outbound prospecting and sales activities. You will identify prospects, service clients, assess risks, and present customized insurance solutions.

The role requires 1 year of sales experience, a P&C license, and strong French language skills to serve primarily francophone clients in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Hold a property and casualty insurance license.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Business development experience is required.
• Proficiency in French is essential for servicing and communicating with francophone clients.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospect and build a sales pipeline.
• Complete risk assessments and commercial inspections per underwriting guidelines.
• Review client goals, provide risk management advice and coverage recommendations, update policies.
