Job summary

Co-operators is hiring a Client service consultant in Quebec (Beauport, Caplan, Gatineau, St-Eustache, St-Jérôme, Laval, Kirkland, Warwick, Brossard). You will attract new business, meet sales targets, and provide excellent client care for auto and property insurance.

A PRÊT program through Édouard-Montpetit College offers training toward a license. You will work with primarily non-French speaking clients and English proficiency is regularly required; French is essential for core duties.

Qualifications

Fluent French required; English is an asset.
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering top-notch client care.
Experience in an office setting is an asset; knowledge of insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sell auto and property insurance to clients by identifying needs and building a referral network.
Provide quotes, upsell and cross-sell other product lines within binding authority levels.
Support agency/call centre operations through prospecting, client contacts and sales activities.
Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining retention.
