Co-operators in Quebec is seeking a Client Service Consultant to support auto and property insurance sales and deliver excellent client care across multiple locations including Saint-Eustache. You will prospect, contact clients and manage cross-channel leads to achieve targets while building lasting relationships.

This role requires French proficiency with English as an asset; a hybrid work model is offered, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• One year of office experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education.
• Knowledge of underwriting practices and home and auto insurance is an asset.
• Amf Personal lines Damage Insurance Licence is an asset.
• Proficiency in French is essential to main duties; English as non-French duties required.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto and property insurance by identifying needs and building a client network; respond to cross-channel leads in a timely manner.
• Apply underwriting guidelines within binding authority; provide quotes and upsell/cross-sell other products.
• Contribute to sales growth by achieving individual sales, quality and productive goals.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain client retention through referrals and effective communication.
