Job summary

TMG Industrial is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative in Oakville, ON. You will quickly quote and close orders, starting in Customer Support during a training period to learn products, systems, and customer needs.

You will answer inbound calls/emails with persuasive techniques, prepare quotes, and build lasting customer relationships while expanding product knowledge to drive sales. The role includes onsite work with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in French is required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Shopify, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Use persuasive sales techniques in answering inbound sales calls/emails, make product recommendations and close deals efficiently.
• Process timely and accurate quotations to customers via email or phone.
• Ensure customers remain engaged during the entire sales process by creating urgency and following up quotes to close the deal.
• Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails with efficiency.
• Stay informed and continuously expand knowledge of product knowledge to effectively assist clients and convert to sales.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by quickly quoting and closing off orders. You will focus on speed, accuracy, and a smooth customer buying experience.

During your probationary period, you will start in Customer Support to gain hands-on exposure to our products, systems, and customer needs. This training period is designed to give you a deep understanding of what we sell and how our customers use it, so you are fully equipped to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Salary Range & Growth Opportunity:

Base salary range is between $24-29 per hour which is about $50,000–$60,000/year , plus uncapped commissions.

Schedule:

40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm | Onsite
