Job summary

Job Overview

The HR Generalist ensures the smooth running of the day‑to‑day activities of the HR department for their assigned project. They are involved in implementing HR procedures, maintaining employee records and providing support and guidance to the NGE employees seconded to the project. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager of the subsidiary.

This posting is for an existing vacancy within NGE Canada.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and other programs designed to support employee well‑being.

Essential Qualifications
  • Higher education in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • CHRP designation, or working towards it
