Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required for collaboration across Canada.
• Post-secondary education in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of employment standards, HR policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records and support HRIS, payroll, benefits, and lifecycle administration.
• Support training logistics, HR projects, and internal communications.
• Provide EmployeeCare support and resources to employees and managers.
• Assist with performance management, engagement, and internal mobility initiatives.
