Job summary

SinglePoint is hiring a Bilingual French Financial Service and Collections Representative in Toronto, ON. You will handle inbound and outbound calls on past due accounts, arrange payments, and provide courteous, customer-focused service.

Training may be remote initially. This is a full-time Ontario position with shifts that begin at 12:00 PM ET or 3:15 PM ET, five consecutive days, across Monday–Sunday with varying hours. Fluency in French and English is required.

Successful candidates MUST be available to start. This position is temporarily remote (train and work from home) based on the Client's directive.

We have a permanentfull-time opportunity in Ontario. This is a full-time opportunity. Our business operates between Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM ET, Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, Sunday 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET,and this role requires flexibility within those hours.

You must be available to work any 5 consecutive days based on one of the following schedule options, with shifts starting at either 12:00 PM ET or 3:15 PM ET:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Saturday to Wednesday
• Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
• Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
• Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
• Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

What Are We Looking For?

• Fluency in French and English is required
• Have strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Have the ability to multi task efficiently
• Banking or collections expereince is an asset
• Is committed and willing to learn and grow within the business
• One year of experience working in a high volume call centre environment is an asset
• Must be available to work flexible shifts

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $20.00/hour plus bonus
