As a Bilingual SAP Program Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to resolve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include :

1. Identifying and addressing client needs: Developing and maintaining deep client relationships through networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential service opportunities. Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, defining resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections.
2. Collaborating with teams: Generating vision, establishing direction, motivating team members, fostering trust, leveraging diverse perspectives, coaching staff, and encouraging innovation.
3. Leading delivery: Managing business-led, technology-enabled transformation programs using agile methodologies.
4. Project management: Defining, monitoring, and delivering on scope, schedule, and budget, aligned with business goals and the statement of work.
5. Work planning: Developing work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating team activities to ensure timely delivery.
6. Risk and resource management: Identifying dependencies, managing resources, risks, and critical paths.
7. Providing guidance: Advising leads on project direction, priorities, resource allocation, and scheduling.
8. Budget management: Overseeing project budgets and change requests.
9. Team leadership: Managing diverse teams, contributing to their development through coaching, and managing third-party and offshore resources.
10. Business development: Writing and presenting proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing PwC's SAP and BXT methodologies.

Experiences and Skills

You should have :

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and business transformations, including at least five full SAP project life cycles.
• A successful track record of delivering SAP applications, including at least two end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementations (on-premise and cloud).
• Leadership experience and a commitment to delivery excellence.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying project vision and status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French, supporting collaboration with English-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
