Job description

Our client is seeking an Intermediate, Bilingual (En / FR) Change Management Professional (5+ years) to support change projects and create change adoption plans for agile initiatives in the financial services industry (Remote).

Responsibilities

• The consultant will support change projects as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant.
• Makes decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor; with considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers.
• Makes decisions regarding application of the tools to achieve the product or initiative outcomes.

Must Have

• 5+ years as a Change Manager or OCM
• Transformational change projects and / or large scale projects with significant change
• Certified in one or more of the following : Prosci , Experienced Practitioner Program, ACMP (Certified Change Management Professional Program)
