Ideal candidates bring licenses (LLQP, IFIC/CSC) or willingness to obtain them, strong sales and planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required to serve English- and French-speaking clients.
• Experience in financial insurance, banking, or advisory channels is preferred.
• Licenses LLQP and IFIC/CSC or willingness to obtain the second license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients and answer inbound inquiries.
• Provide advice and account/policy maintenance services using appropriate planning processes.
• Maintain a compliant practice.
• Increase client engagement to support business development goals.
• Promote client portals and e-delivery options for statements and communications.
• Provide input to refine the business model.
• Educate customers about Canada Life/Quadrus products and services.
