Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our Ottawa operations. This role requires dynamic leadership, bilingual English/French communication, and at least one year of supervising experience to ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and schedule staff, manage 45-60 employees on the floor, supervise inventory, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards while contributing to store profitability through efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff including training, direction, scheduling, and supervision.
• Manage 45-60 employees on the floor at a time.
• Oversee inventory and use of a computer.
• Ensure health and safety, quality assurance, and strong team dynamics.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with service standards.
