Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of dedicated Employee Relations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, Health & Safety legislation.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to management on complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct impartial employee investigations and guide performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial employment laws and human rights legislation.

Our client, a rapidly growing and award-winning leader in the Canadian financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist to join their dynamic Human Resources team in Mississauga.

This role is pivotal in fostering a consistent and fair approach to company policies, providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law.
