Job summary

EduGlobal is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advisor in North York, Toronto, ON. This on-site, full-time role targets Ukrainian and Russian-speaking communities, with a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 CAD plus commission. You will manage leads, consult clients, and guide them through funding and admissions.

You will work daily in our North York office, build referral networks, and aim to exceed monthly targets while ensuring accurate paperwork and timely enrollments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Proven sales background with targets.
• In-office, North York daily presence.

Responsibilities

• Sell qualified leads from marketing and build your own pipeline through community networks.
• Run consultations by phone, video and in person to qualify, advise and enroll students.
• Explain funding clearly so clients understand what they sign up for.
• Close deals and convert conversations into enrolled students.
• Hit monthly targets and grow your numbers.
• Own files through to completion with accurate records.
