Job summary

TVO Media Education Group is seeking a bilingual, service-oriented coordinator to support Ontario’s Financial Literacy Graduation Requirement across the province. You will manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate onboarding, and ensure documentation and privacy requirements are met for school boards and partners.

Reporting to the Education Assessment Programs Manager, you’ll work from TVO’s Toronto location, collaborating with internal teams and external education partners to deliver timely

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, client services, stakeholder communications, or implementation activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, track requests, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive implementation support and stakeholder communications in English and French for school boards, school authorities, private schools, educators, and Ministry partners.
• Coordinate, track, and help resolve technical, privacy, information-sharing, and implementation-related inquiries, escalating issues when required.
• Support stakeholder onboarding, implementation planning, agreement administration, and the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure implementation activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor outstanding requests, maintain organized records, identify emerging issues, and contribute to timely, high-quality service for education partners across Ontario.
