Job summary

Canada Media Fund is seeking a Bilingual Communications and Media Coordinator to oversee media monitoring, translation services, and internal/external communications. You will produce bilingual media reports, newsletters, and stakeholder content while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role combines content creation, project coordination, and publication across digital channels, with a hybrid work arrangement in Montreal or Toronto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or arts administration.
• 2–4 years in communications, media relations, or related role.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating translations and working with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on media coverage for CMF and industry.
• Coordinate English↔French translation requests and workflows.
• Draft and edit newsletters and stakeholder communications.
• Support campaigns, events, and publication of materials.
