Qualifications

• Bilingual English & French is mandatory.

• Adaptability to change and ability to learn new skills as required.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical fields and knowledge of pharmacovigilance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan and document clinical information per SOPs and legislation.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain additional information as needed.
• Review patient information and ensure accurate documentation in databases.
• Attach infusion reports and perform data entry into program databases and QM system.
• Assist translation of documents and perform quality checks on adverse event reports.
• Support literature search, reconciliation activities and follow-up communications.
