Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a bilingual Drug Safety Coordinator to support information management, pharmacovigilance, and data entry from a remote Canadian location. You will liaise with clients to obtain missing details and ensure accurate safety documentation.

The role requires a science background, 6 months to 1 year in Drug Safety, and fluency in English and French. A candidate may work flexible shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum science graduate with 6 months to 1 year experience in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance.
• A diploma or degree with a concentration in Life Sciences is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance industry is an asset.
• Bilingual, English & French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan and document clinical information in compliance with SOPs and legislation.
• Coordinate with internal/external clients to request information or clarification.
• Review patient information for accurate documentation in databases.
• Attach Post Infusion Reports to databases for patient assistance and drug safety needs.
• Enter data into program databases and QMS.
• Sort and file incoming documents and assist with translations.
• Perform quality checks on adverse event reports as directed.
• Assist literature search and reconciliation activities.
• Support stand-by/on-call duties as required.
