A leading Canadian insurance company is seeking a Bilingual Director of Human Resources in Montreal. The role entails strategic partnership with the Global head office and Canadian Finance, leadership of HR teams, and driving organizational culture change. Candidates must possess a university degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources, over 10 years of HR experience, and a CHRP or CHRL designation. The position offers a hybrid work model focusing on collaboration and employee engagement.

We’re looking for a Bilingual Director, Human resources to join our growing team! You will be a strategic partner to our Global head office and Canadian Finance groups. In this role, the ability to think strategically, make strategic decisions, and move complex issues forward in pragmatic and sustainable ways will be instrumental to your success. A significant part of your work will support identifying and nurturing talent within the business whose skills and performance having a long‑term impact on our business.
